- Payments made by credit card will incur the merchants additional credit card processing fee.

3. Pricing and Taxes

3.1. All prices listed on your provided statement are in US Dollars and are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

3.2. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or customs fees associated with your purchase.

4.1. By providing your payment information, you represent and warrant that the information is accurate, complete, and current.

4.2. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers, banking account information and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

6.1. In the event of a chargeback or dispute, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and seek reimbursement for any associated fees.
